Using state-of-the-art Book-Eye overhead scanners with archival book-cradles, books are digitised  intact without the worry of bindings becoming untact or damaged. Our services offer affordable destructive book scanning, which is perfect if you have multiple copies or able to provide a copy for the scanning process for books upto A3 in size. Sheet-fed fast batch scanning is the most efficient and cost-effective way to convert your books into digital formats. 

 Our technicians will carefully remove the binding of the book and pages released by guilloting. The individual pages are scanned using an automated sheet-fed scanner. With specialist software books are scanned 24-bit or 16-bit.

The Oxfordshire Record Society was founded in 1919.  In 2019, it celebrated 100 years of publishing primary sources for the history of the county of Oxfordshire, and raising awareness and understanding of this vital evidence of the historic county.  We support the society with book scanning digitisation for their online publications.

Our services support the ongoing laboratory book scanning of NDCLS's pathology digitisation into evidence proofed PDF files, for the preservation and online use of important human disorders.  It is very important that careful book scanning is prepared, to digitise all important details, pull-outs, flip pages and stapled attachments.  These are  carefully prepared by trained staff to digitise these books.
