You are welcome to bring your order in to our friendly office during our office hours or post to our office address below.
Our offices are open Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3pm. Turnaround times are between 7 -15 working days, unless otherwise advised. Urgent orders are always supported but might incur an additional 50% charge.
Due to the nature of our business, if we require additional time to complete orders, we will advise on our initial estimate

8mm, 9.5mm and 16mm film can be converted to many different types of formats. 16mm film used to be converted to formats like DVD and BluRay but things are changing. Most customers still order a DVD from their film conversion, but they are also wanting a better, more future proof master digital format like editing files.

| All digital files are converted to the highest quality using our professional Telecine machines. Film is converted to industry standard 1920x1080 and output to either DVD, MPEG4 or .MOV files. DVDs can be played on disc players or computers, MPEG4 files are perfect for viewing on computers and TVs, whereas .MOV files are ideal if you wish to edit. Family Video Tapes
The VHS format is not only out of style, it’s out of date – it’s getting harder and harder to find a VCR in someone’s home, much less on the shelf at Best Buy. Tapes get chewed up, the film gets ripped out by the VCR, and even in perfect condition they only last about 20 years!
