REPLICATION
We manufacture Bulk CD DVD replication, CD, DVD duplication services, branded USB sticks, SD cards, printing and packaging.
Replication is an injected molded manufacturing process in which your CD’s or DVD’s are professionally manufactured from raw plastic granules, which are melted down and molded into the shape of the disc. Your content is stamped or pressed into the disc making exact duplicates of your master.
This is the clear choice for retail quality, professionally packaged CD’s or DVD’s for those requiring 1000 copies or more. Replication has many benefits, including accuracy, quality, quantity, and packaging. The larger the order the better the price break, and prices will vary.
Artwork and other packaging requirements will also affect price. Turn around times are normally 7-10 days after we get all of the components of the project, but mainly depends on your printing and packaging requirements.
