HOW TO SEND US YOUR FILES
ARTWORK: Please download the relevant PDF specification sheets and use to design or layout your artwork. All specification sheets are sized accurately for software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Simply place our PDF into your layers and design your artwork from there.
If you are not confident with artwork software, we can support you with your artwork requirements . Our artwork design team are more than happy to advise or take over your layout needs. Please contact Ali on 01865 457000 or email email@example.com
All files received should be 300dpi CMYK. Once you are happy with your artwork send the PDF's via email above.
MUSIC MASTERS: We can accept your music in several ways. DDP, WAV, AIFF, MP3 files or Master CD. Please ensure your name and address is included if you are posting masters to our office.
If you are sending your DDP/DDPi image, WAV, AIFF or MP3 files electronically, please ensure all audio files are 44.1KHz 16bit Stereo. If you have ISRC codes and CD Text please ensure to submit these in your email. We will prepare a master CD for your approval from your instructions and once approved will proceed to duplicate and print.
DVD/BLU-RAY MOVIE CLIPS: We can accept your digital files in several ways. MOV, MPEG4 or Master DVD/Blu-Ray. Please ensure your name and address is included if you are posting masters or hard drives to our office.
Our authoring provides static or motion menus. Options include chapter points, multiple language subtitling, various audio language tracks, NTSC, PAL and region encoding and DVD copy protection.
